Harold Kilgore

My name is Harold Kilgore, and I have over 50 years of experience in the onsite industry. My professional background includes working for and owning installation companies, as well as currently owning On-Site Wastewater Consultants, LLC (OWC), which specializes in consulting, design, product development, and Continuing Education Units (CEU) training.

I have contributed articles pertaining to the onsite industry to three issues of On-Site Installer magazine, and I was honored with the Master Craftsman Award by the Builders of America (Specialty Contractor). Additionally, I am a former two-term member of the Georgia On-Site Wastewater Association (GOWA) Board.

Currently, I serve as a sitting member of the Department of Public Health (DPH) Technical Review Committee (TRC) and participate as a lecturer and field instructor for DPH, where I help train new regulators. I also partner with North Georgia Technical College, Clarkesville Campus, to develop the hands-on Wastewater Workshop Continuing Education Program.

As the Georgia Distributor and Advanced Treatment Systems Specialist for American Manufacturing (Perc Rite Drip System) and FujiClean USA, I remain dedicated to advancing the onsite industry. My ongoing objectives are to foster environmental improvement, introduce innovative products for sustainable onsite sewage management systems, and provide continuing education that supports the development of knowledgeable and professional contractors.
