Kent Franklin, Southern Painting Gainesville

Kent obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from GCSU in Milledgeville, GA in 2004. He started out in residential construction in Atlanta, GA and fell in love with helping homeowners. In 2010, Kent moved to Dallas, TX. Shortly after, he began working with Southern Painting in residential and small commercial painting in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In 2014 he purchased his first franchise in Carrollton, Texas. And in 2017, Kent moved back to his home state of Georgia to open a Southern Painting Franchise in Gainesville. The Southern Painting Team continues to grow and become one of the most awarded painting companies in the area. 

Some of the things homeowners enjoy most about Kent are his positive attitude, dependability, and his very approachable personality. He and his wife, Jaime, along with two sons, Dallas and Hayes and Bailey, their Chocolate Golden Doodle, enjoy hanging out with their family on Lake Lanier and all that the North Georgia Mountains have to offer.
