Paula Sanders-Benenati & Rebekah Nash – Co-owners of Estate Team 4 U since 2013
Paula Sanders-Benenati, I am a retired Habersham County school teacher of 32 years. I have two grown daughters and seven grandchildren who live in Texas and Maryland. I am originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Georgia to attend Toccoa Falls Bible College when I was 18 and stayed…making Georgia my home. I developed an appreciation for anything vintage in my 20’s and started collecting.
Rebekah Nash, I grew up in Winder, Georgia and worked as a sales representative for a large cosmetic company. My love for antiques was fostered through 40 plus years of weekend treasure hunting, adventures with my Mother. This led to buying and selling antiques, pottery, rugs, and furniture at large venues in Atlanta, Charlotte, and Virginia. I have a wonderful, supportive husband who is retired after 38 years with NS Railroad and we are proud parents of our son a Georgia Tech graduate that lives in California.
About Estate Team 4 U, Paula and Rebekah lived in the same subdivision in Demorest, Georgia. Paula’s mother-in-law was moving and Paula was liquidating her estate. Paula asked Rebekah to help organize, price, and sell the items. The sale was a success. After the sale was over, a neighbor asked if we would do an estate sale for her mother who had passed away. We said yes and 12 years later and too many sales to count we are still going strong!

Kent obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from GCSU in Milledgeville, GA in 2004. He started out in residential construction in Atlanta, GA and fell in love with helping homeowners. In 2010, Kent moved to Dallas, TX. Shortly after, he began working with Southern Painting in residential and small commercial painting in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In 2014 he purchased his first franchise in Carrollton, Texas. And in 2017, Kent moved back to his home state of Georgia to open a Southern Painting Franchise in Gainesville. The Southern Painting Team continues to grow and become one of the most awarded painting companies in the area.
Some of the things homeowners enjoy most about Kent are his positive attitude, dependability, and his very approachable personality. He and his wife, Jaime, along with two sons, Dallas and Hayes and Bailey, their Chocolate Golden Doodle, enjoy hanging out with their family on Lake Lanier and all that the North Georgia Mountains have to offer.
